Lilly’s Roasted Jalapeno Hummus
Lilly’s Black Bean Hummus
Chopped red onion
Thin-sliced jalapeno pepper
Quartered lime wedge
Cilantro sprigs (optional)
Vegan Cheeze, grated
Warm corn tortillas in a toaster, toaster oven, or microwave – to make them pliable. Then spoon your favorite flavor of Lilly’s Hummus down the center. Place the veggies and Cheeze on top, and garnish with cilantro (if you’re pro-cilantro, omit if you’re not!). Serve with a wedge of lime, and squeeze that limejuice onto the tacos before devouring.
Other taco filling ideas:
Sautéed zuchini and/or yellow squash slices
Shredded red cabbage
